GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The products offered on www.pintorie.it are sold and invoiced by BERNARDINI FASHION S.R.L., Via Tiberina nord 122 (52037) Sansepolcro (AR), Registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Arezzo REA no. AR – 171585 , Tax Code & VAT no. 02236440513.

Parties
1.1 The sales contract is concluded between Bernardini Fashion S.R.L. (the “Seller”) and the individual placing the order (the “Customer”).
1.2 These Terms apply exclusively to the sale of Pintorie-branded products on www.pintorie.it. They do not apply to products or services offered by third parties through external links, banners, or other connections.
1.3 Before placing an order, the Customer must carefully read these Terms. By submitting an order and making payment, the Customer acknowledges and accepts them in full.
1.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and billing information. False or incorrect details are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
1.5 Only Customers of legal age (18 years or older) can purchase through the website. By placing an order, the Customer declares that they meet this requirement.
Online Sales
2.1 The online sales contract is a remote agreement for the purchase of physical goods, concluded via the Seller’s e-commerce platform.
2.2 For each order, Bernardini Fashion S.R.L. will issue an invoice including product details, prices, shipping costs, and applicable VAT.

2.4 Pintorie products are handmade using sustainable processes such as Ecoprint. Each item is unique and may differ slightly from website images. Colors may also vary depending on the Customer’s device. Images are therefore for illustrative purposes only.
2.5 The contract is considered final when the Seller receives the order form and payment.
2.6 The applicable contract language is Italian, and the governing law is Italian law.
Order Confirmation & Fulfillment
3.1 After payment, the Customer receives an Order Confirmation by email summarizing the transaction.
3.2 The Seller may request additional information regarding the order before processing.
3.3 If a product is unavailable, the Seller will notify the Customer and refund any amounts already charged.
3.4 In some cases, unavailable products may be produced and delivered within up to 7 months, if the Customer accepts the extended delivery time.
3.5 The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of fraud, prior breaches, or other legitimate reasons.
Prices
4.1 All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
4.2 Shipping within Italy:
Free for orders over €200
€15 for orders under €200
4.3 International shipping:
Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or taxes
These costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery
Payment Methods
5.1 Customers can pay using the following methods:
Credit or Prepaid Cards (charged upon order confirmation)
PayPal (with a registered PayPal account)
Bank Transfer (shipment after payment is received in full; details provided at checkout)
Data Security: Bernardini Fashion S.R.L. does not store or access Customer card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed directly by the payment provider.
Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Each shipment will include:
Ordered products
Invoice and delivery note
Required customs documentation (if applicable)
6.2 Deliveries are made to the address specified by the Customer during checkout.
6.3 For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and import fees are paid by the Customer.
6.4 Upon delivery, the Customer must check the integrity of the package. Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the courier.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
7.1 Customers qualifying as Consumers (purchases for personal use only) may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without penalty and without giving a reason.
7.2 To request a return, the Customer must email the Seller with order details, reason for return, and photos of the product. Returns must be pre-approved by email confirmation.
7.3 Conditions for returns:
Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with labels
Products must be returned in one shipment, within 14 days of delivery
Promotional bundles must be returned in full
Returns for reasons such as “wrong size” or “change of mind” are generally not accepted

7.5 Refunds will be processed once products are received and inspected. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7.6 Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise specified.
7.7 Customized products cannot be returned.
Warranty
8.1 All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
8.2 The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused after delivery
Improper washing or use
Normal wear and tear
Intentional damage
8.3 To claim warranty, Customers must notify the Seller by email at shoponline@pintorie.it, including order details and photos of the defect.
Communications
9.1 All communications regarding orders will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase.
Privacy
10.1 For details on the processing of personal data, Customers should refer to the Privacy Policy published on www.pintorie.it.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Arezzo (Italy), unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
Updates
12.1 Bernardini Fashion S.R.L. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on www.pintorie.it at the time of order.
